Print these instructions and both the top (57K) and bottom (70K) portions of the map. The airport is located in the upper right hand corner of the top map and Thales ATM Inc. is located in the bottom left hand corner of the bottom map. Special checkpoints on the map are in red text with a white background.

The driving miles from the airport are 30 – 34 miles depending on where you are leaving from with an approximate driving time of 50 minutes. Some of the rental car agencies are located on the airport grounds and some are located outside of the airport. We suggest you ask the rental car agent for a map, these can be very useful especially when returning the car. There are two streets that access the airport Mexico City Avenue and Cookingham Road.

Whether you will be leaving from inside or outside of the airport you will need to get on either I-29 or I-435 headed north. Then follow these instructions:

(_) On Interstate highway I-29 or I-435 heading north.
Note: I-29 and I-435 merge together to become the same highway at Exit 14.

(_) Exit I-29 and I-435 at Exit 17 to I-435 south.

(_) On I-435 you will drive south approximately 24 miles to Shawnee Mission Parkway.

(_) Exit I-435 at Exit 6A-B follow the (B) exit to Shawnee Mission Parkway.

(_) On Shawnee Mission Parkway going (West) you will drive approximately 3.5 miles.

(_) Exit Shawnee Mission Parkway at the K-7 highway south exit.

(_) On K-7 going south drive approximately 2 miles.

(_) Exit K-7 at the 83^rd street exit.
Note: There is a water tower at the 83^rd street exit.

(_) Turn right (West) on 83^rd street and immediately look for a sign on the left (south) side of the road that says Perimeter Park and enter on Cole Parkway.
